Our Services

We believe in building a strong healthy bond and trustworthy long-term partnerships with our employees, community partners, and families. We specialize in providing early intervention therapy services for children facing developmental delays or at risk for developmental issues. Additional Occupational Therapy services for all ages available upon request. Our team offers a safe and supportive environment for children to express themselves and work through their challenges with the help of our experienced therapists and specialists.

Early Intervention OT

We work in the Early Intervention (EI) setting with children ages 0-3 years. We provide in house and community based therapy to provide supported development in the child's natural environment. Occupational Therapy in the EI setting helps develop motor skills, sensory processing skills, feeding skills, self-help skills, social interaction skills, and development through play. ​

What is school-based OT?

 

OT in a virtual school-based setting focuses on helping kids participate in activities and develop skills. Ultimately, looking to improve their emotional, physical, cognitive, sensory, and social skills to become more independent.

Dietician Services

We also have a registered dietician through Potentiality Therapy Services who conducts assessments in nutritional history and dietary intake, assists with feeding skills, feeding problems, and food habits. 

Outpatient Services

Outpatient Occupational Therapy occurs in a setting outside of a hospital or a facility.

 

Outpatient Occupational Therapy provides treatment for a variety of diagnoses in Children and Adults including but not limited to the following:

Children: Autism, Developmental Delay, ADD/ADHD, Motor Delay, generalized and specific weakness, neurological and orthopedic conditions

Adults: Memory Loss, Chronic Pain, Hand Injuries (Simple and Complex), Mental Health, neurological and orthopedic conditions

 

How?

Decrease pain to participate in all activities of daily living

Increase length of focus and concentration for seated for tasks for both children and adults

Individualized and customized exercise programs based on passions and interests to optimize strength for daily tasks, work and hobbies

Collaboration with community resources, other health care professionals, coaches, friends and family members to meet and exceed goals.

Mental Health

within Occupational Therapy

Mental health Occupational Therapy helps individuals with mental health conditions improve their daily living skills, manage symptoms, and participate in meaningful activities.​

 

Occupational therapists help individuals develop or regain skills needed for everyday tasks, such as self-care, work, social interaction, and leisure.​ We work with clients to identify and manage symptoms of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, or psychosis, through various interventions like stress management techniques and sensory integration and more.

 

Our goal is to help individuals live as independently as possible, including managing their finances, housing, and other aspects of daily life.​ Occupational therapists help individuals reconnect with social networks, participate in community activities, and find meaningful roles in their lives.

Private Pay

Potentiality Therapy Services provides private pay Occupational Therapy for ADULTS and CHILDREN.​

 

WHY? you and your therapist set the pace

 

WHAT? Potentiality Therapy Services do not currently accept Insurance Companies, but plan to in the near future. ​​We are able to accept Private Pay or patient is able to receive paperwork to submit claim to their insurance company for reimbursement of paid services.
